OKLAHOMA CITY — The Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA) announces EMBARK bus and OKC Streetcar customers can purchase passes at the discounted rate of 50% off from July 1 through July 8. Passes purchased through the Token Transit mobile app and at the downtown transit center, located at 420 NW 5th St., are eligible for the discount.

Discounted rates are available for several types of passes for EMBARK buses and the OKC Streetcar. Discounted EMBARK bus passes include:

  • One-day universal – reduced to $2

  • Seven-day universal – reduced to $7

  • 30-day universal – reduced to $25

Discounted OKC Streetcar and CIRC passes include:

Also included in the sale are Reduced Fare passes and bulk orders placed during the week-long sale.

“Our staff and the COTPA board are committed to promoting transit and looking at ways to make transit services more accessible. We had a great response to our first pass sale earlier this year with launch of the OKC Streetcar and what better way to once again invite our community to try our City’s transit systems,” said EMBARK Director, Jason Ferbrache. “Our upcoming sales are also great opportunities for employers, social agencies, nonprofits, and organizations who purchase passes for their clientele to make their dollars go further, while also meeting an individual’s transportation needs.”

All universal bus passes allow riders to travel anywhere in the Oklahoma City area using EMBARK buses and the OKC Streetcar. Unlimited and annual passes for the streetcar allow unlimited rides on the streetcar and CIRC, which travels through downtown neighborhoods. The 50% off sale will also take place December 1 through December 7.

Single ride fares and ADA paratransit single-trip fares are not eligible for the discounted rate.

With 23 bus routes and two streetcar loops providing service in Oklahoma City seven days a week, EMBARK can transport visitors and residents to a variety of businesses and districts throughout the metro area. Routes and hours of operation can be viewed at and
